Each member of the Death Company is armed with a Bolt Pistol & CC Weapon, Bolter or Bolt Pistol & Power Weapon (Veteran Sergeants only). The Death Company may only be led by a Chaplain or Sanguinary High Priest without an Honour Guard. If it is not led, the Company must move toward the nearest enemy unit and assault it as fast as possible. Fearless, never falls back. Ignore Injury: 4+ special save against wounds, not applicable against close combat weapons that allow no save & weapons with S >= 2*T.

Frag Grenades; For each applicable squad in your army (Honour Guard, Terminator Squad, Terminator Assault Squad, Veteran Squad, Veteran Assault Squad, Tactical Squad, Scout Squad, Assault Squad, Bike Squadron, Scout Bike Squadron, Devastator Squad) roll a D6 at the start of the battle. On a 4-5 one model of the squad is removed to join the Death Company, on a 6 one model is removed and roll again. A squad may choose it's Veteran Sergeant to enter the DC. If they do, he comes with a Bolt Pistol & Power Weapon

Independent Character. The assassin can never join another unit, they must fight individually. Infiltrate if allowed. Fearless - never fall back, auto-pass morale checks (even ones they would normally auto-fail). Cannot be pinned.
Vindicare Temple; Marksman - the Assassin can always choose which model he shoots at, such as a Sergeant or a Heavy Weapons trooper; he may target any model in his sight, ignoring targetting restrictions.
